How to Protect your Data
Your best defense against data loss is to perform a daily backup,
rotating through at least five different backups on disk, tape or other
media. Most companies use the same media over and over again
and eventually realize that the backed up data is also damaged when
they attempt to restore. Rotate your backup media daily and create
weekly and monthly backups as well. Backups to your hard drive are
useful and quick and will remain viable as long as your hard drive
functions correctly. However, you should never rely on this type of
backup as your only backup. Taking backups off site allows you to
recover from catastrophic events such as a fire.
Always backup before closing the Fiscal or Payroll years, running an
Integrity Check or installing an update or upgrade for your Peachtree software.

Data Repair Service Fees
Peachtree Data Recovery Services are billed at $1,100 flat rate for Peachtree Quantum, and
all others at a $750 flat rate.
If we are unable to get your company up and running there is no charge to
you. Turn around time is normally around 5 hours with no extra or hidden
charges. Recovery time also depends on the amount of data within your
Peachtree Database. If you have been using Peachtree for over two years
you might expect a longer turn around time. It really depends on the
amount of data, what is damaged, how often you purge and type of
transactions you are entering. The larger the Peachtree Database the
longer it takes to repair.
