and remote access training plans, you will receive

technicians. You can obtain both telephone & remote
access support & training with one of these plans.
Remote Access Training
In addition to telephone support, we also provide remote access
support & training. Remote access is the ability to get access
to a computer or a network from a remote distance. For instance,
while being on the phone with one of our technicians, you can also
log on to the remote access service & be able to see exactly what
our technician sees, as if you were both in the same room. Using
this technique will provide a more advanced support or training session.
The time acquired under all Peachtree Accounting "priority service"
technical support & remote access training plans can be used for
up to one year.

be resolved quickly. Pay-per-call services are billed at $3 per minute during 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST with
a $45 minimum charge. The charge is $4 per minute, with a minimum charge of $60 for weekends and after 5 p.m. CST.
